  • Contact details such as your email when you save an itinerary
  • Trip details like destination, dates, budget, and travel style
  • Basic technical logs required for security and reliability

How we use data

Your data is used to generate itineraries, process payments, and improve service quality.

Data retention

We retain data only as long as needed for service delivery, support, and legal obligations.

Processors and transparency

We rely on selected service providers to run payments and infrastructure with contractual safeguards.

  • Payments are processed by Stripe as an independent payment processor.
  • We use OpenAI for itinerary generation, Resend for transactional emails, and Supabase/Postgres for secure data storage and processing, only as needed to operate Roamly.
