This page explains refund eligibility for Roamly's one-time digital itinerary generation service.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or technical failures where no usable itinerary is delivered after successful payment and support review.

Request window

Please email refund requests to info@roamlyplanner.com within 14 days of the original payment, including your payment reference and itinerary link if available.

Processing timeline

After we confirm eligibility, approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional posting time.

Exclusions

Because Roamly is a generated digital service, refunds are generally not provided once a full itinerary has been delivered. Preference-based dissatisfaction is handled through the included one-time revision request, not a refund.
